Tunisia delivery at launch
KOTO accepts eligible Cash on Delivery delivery requests for addresses in Tunisia. You may send a request at any time. This does not promise physical delivery at every hour; the practical delivery window is agreed directly with you.
KOTO confirms the delivery fee and timing by phone or WhatsApp before you accept the final TND total. The fee depends on the address and order and may be free when KOTO confirms it. KOTO does not show a fixed delivery fee or make a tax claim before that quote.
International delivery
KOTO welcomes visitors from around the world. International card checkout and delivery are not currently available.
A delivery estimate depends on the piece, production timing, address, and delivery arrangement. KOTO will not promise dispatch or arrival timing until the relevant order has been confirmed.
